Juice, Juice, Juice

Now more than ever is the best time to be looking after yourself; you may have felt that when you're eating well then you tend to get less colds and feel less stress?
Juice gives us a vitamin hit, and green juice in particular creates an alkaline environment in your stomach which is shown to hugely benefit your body
Here's an easy juice for you to try at home:
2 cups raw spinach (60 g)
2 oranges (you can replace this with something else green to increase the alkalinity)
2 stalks of celery
1-inch piece of ginger root (about 2 cm)
Peel and chop the ingredients.
Put everything through the juicer.
Strain the juice for a better texture (optional).
